RED RIBBON CLUBS (RRCs): Preventive Education for student youth are being carried out through launching of Red Ribbon Club (RRC) in ten colleges in collaboration with NSS and one at Community Level in collaboration with NYK, launched on 12th August 2008 by Education Minister, Meghalaya at NEHU Guest House Auditorium.Conducted advocacy and sensitization of Principals, Programme Officers, NSS and peer educators on formation of RRC in their colleges.
